By accessing and using the NFL Pools platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted in your jurisdiction to participate in prediction pools. The Platform does not facilitate real-money gambling.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
4. Pool Participation
All pool entries are subject to admin approval. Payment is handled offline — the Platform does not process real financial transactions. Pool payouts are tracked internally for informational purposes.
5. Disclaimer
Predictions and results provided by the Platform are for entertainment and informational purposes only. The Platform makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of predictions or the outcome of any NFL game.
6. Modifications
